My game usually closes when I change the map in the game. And sometimes when I try to log in again, the game crashes and closes again without opening. What should I do? Can you help me?

Hello @Dihaz002. My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Currently there is a bug with loading music. A fix to this is in the works, but in the mean time you will have to make use of the temporary fix which is to mute the SFX and Music volume through Settings.

Make sure both the boxes are ticked, as shown in the image below. This should stop the crashing.
