However, I might've mistyped the wrong name, because when I clicked "Send Mail", an error message popped up, saying User not found. Sadly, even my shovel disappeared. Can anyone please help me get back my shovel? I've grown attached to it, and even named it Sir Digs-a-lot. According to our database, you mailed a Shovel to the account Annabell and then mailed another Shovel to the same account about an hour after the first one.
