I think He got suspended after auction was ended,cant find any rules in this case,the moral would be to get my pokemon that I won at the auction at the right time of the auction,he didnt get suspended when he set time of auction and end time of auction must be honored,I think this is simular when player dont do trade and mod force trade,maybe we can do that in this case,mod transfer poke to my acc and my money to his acc.
