I'm trying to evolve my eevee into a sylvan but it keeps wanting to turn into a umber, what can I do to get a sylvan. I have the fairy type move for my eevee already.

let me correct my self. The way to get sylveon is probably not yet implemented

Yes there is no way to evolve Eevee into Sylveon as of now.
