I want to change my account from silver to gold, but it tells me it's wrong, change the password to see if that was the problem, it keeps saying it's wrong, no capital letters, no symbol, I don't know what I'm doing wrong

I don't copy and paste the password or the name, I just don't know what's wrong, help

Could you provide a screenshot of the error you receive?

I really don't know what's wrong, with that password I can log into my account but when I try to change the server the account doesn't work.

This is most unusual. Your password should contain only letters A-Z and numbers. Please re-check to make sure there are no special characters in your password, and remember to NOT reveal your password under any circumstances.

Since many months have passed with no reply, I will go ahead and lock this thread.
