I bought Dragon Member and the server crashed down and now I don't have any card or something.

Sadly I don't think anything can be done to compensate you. In the future remember to make sure the server is stable before doing anything that involves a lot of money. Also log out and log back in to force save any progress.

Seriously? Totally unfair

 

Unless you have video evidence or something to confirm you did in fact make that purchase I don't think anything can be done, otherwise everyone could claim "I lost 200k to the Dragon recruiter."

Also it is fair. The same rule applies to everyone, it's also your responsibility to make sure the server is stable enough for you to play without issues like this happening. I'd also like to remind you that it's a Beta so issues like this are expected. :p

Unfortunately, Nathan is correct.

 

Your account experienced a rollback when the server crashed which means that there isn't any record of you ever purchasing the dragon club membership. Without any sort of evidence or proof, nothing can be done to help you in this case.

 

As Nathan mentioned, please make sure to log out of the game after you do anything important to force save your data. I know this can be annoying, but it's the safest way to prevent rollbacks from occurring.
