Since you are asking that question, I really encourage you to check out the Game Rules because it clearly explains what is allowed and what isn't. What you mentioned is something that is not allowed nor matter any platform. Just because the app is available from a well-known distributor, it doesn't mean you should use it to gain an unfair advantage.
