hello , when u login they show you a  message that saying a message was sent to your device click "here" click on "here" it will take u to a website where u approve for capatcha if u already did that and u can't find the mail try to check for spam folder it might be sent there if not try to go to the dashboard and double check if the email your using for the account is the same one ur checking in for the approvement mail .

Hi Sleepybuddha, as glitcch1 mention above, please check your spam folder in the email address you use as it is a common problem for PRO emails to get sent there. If it isn't in the spam folder please check on your dashboard that it is the correct email address linked to you account. If it is the correct email address and it's not in your spam folder than please let me know here and I will assist you in getting your device confirmed.

Hi Sleepybuddha,

 

A colleague looked into this for me and has said that the email address for your accounts was wrong. Please go to the dashboard and check your email on there, change it to the email that you use and then please try again. Please note that the emails for pro may end up in your spam folder so check there too. If you continue to have issues please create a post in email recover and assistance subforum and staff will assist you from there.
