Dungeon score issue!

this season I had decided to step out of my PVP only based guild, can go a different route to finally try out some of the shadow hunting.

 

I did not complete or get any score with a previous guild in any dungeon this current season.  
 

I got this pop-up message when doing lavender and pinkin both.  
 

Please fix!

Bump.  
 

now that the season has reset, I am locked out of shadow zones    Even though I completed the score with the guild im in, and the guild I was in previously I never scored with on any dungeon

 

(and for clarity, I was in Genesis & New Leaf both before revananT.   And my only dungeon scores during the season were with RevananT)

According to our database, during the month of July you were affiliated with a different guild and also have a posted score in both the Crux of Melody and Forlorn Court dungeons. Even if these scores were acquired through a solo run, the membership with a guild while performing these runs will have your runs affiliated with that guild. 

 

I hope this information addresses your concerns.

@Bitterblade I went in with a group that failed in around 6 mins and never completed the run.  No reward room, so i don’t think any dungeon score was noted on the signboard.   
 

But if that still counted…. Maybe that’s where I’m confused.  I was under the impression the run had to be complete and scored.   I didn’t think failed run counted.

Sir can i ask a question. Im join White walker guild on Aug 3rd but Aug 1st and 2nd i played random party and hit a score. So At the end of season, can i join a shadow area if my new guild hit leader dungeon ?

If you are affiliated with a guild and begin a dungeon, a score is recorded (whether or not the dungeon is completed). This means that your group run that failed in 6 minutes still generated a score, despite not completing the dungeon.

If you were in a random party (not a guild party) then your score affiliation is not with a guild. In order to participate in the Nesting Grounds of any respective dungeon then a player's guild must achieve top 3 as well as the player's guild affiliated dungeon score must be at least 1,000.
