[BUG - ITEMS] Missing 2days Safari Pass - Reward from Solacean Daily quest

I remember getting a 2 Days safari pass as a reward from Solacean News Press daily quest recently (some months back). But when I checked it now I can't find that in my backpack. Can you please verify that or if I'm being delusional  !!

I apologize for this issue. The Safari Pass that you can receive as a reward has a 25 day expiration period before the pass is no longer available.

 

This may not be the answer you were hoping for but I hope this information clears up and confusion you may have had.

Just adding as a user feedback, It would be nice if its mentioned anywhere somewhere probably while receiving/having the pass in ticket saying the expiry. Or If there's any special forum to give feedback I'm happy to do that.
