Could a staff member please reset the levers for me? Thank you! The Goldenrod Underground Basement level puzzle can be a challenge; however, there is a lever (identified with a purple box in the provided screenshot) that can be used to reset the levers back to their default position and you can start the puzzle over again. A proper sequence for unlocking the doors is: [A, C, D, F, B, E]. Furthermore, if you decide you want a walkthrough for the Johto region you can find a guide here.
