like the froms tell decrease the happniess by let pokemon die from wild pokemon and make it happiness full by killing wild pokemons and that trigger evolution but 

 not woking used mysterious candy but it is not eating it say in bag

I apologize for the inconvenience. The happiness evolution mechanic was recently changed to behave like the OG games which requires 160 happiness and a level up to evolve. 

 

Although at level 100 you would require the use of a Mysterious Candy; unfortunately, the use of the Mysterious Candy to trigger a happiness based evolution is not yet fixed. This will hopefully be working soon.

This issue has been fixed and now you are able to use the Mysterious Candy to evolve your pokemon.
