I apologize for this inconvenience. This issue was a result of the Red Server Wipe.

 

In this situation, there are only two options forward.

  1. You will need to create a new account to play on.
  2. If requested, we can do an account reset on this account. 

I understand that this may not have been the answer you were hoping for but sadly these are the only paths forward.
