I don't find any team magma/aqua, shelly or wattson inside, just magneton. How can i solve this bug?

I am sorry that you are having issues with the Teleporter quest.

 

A few questions to find out what all has been done so far:

  • Have you talked to Wattson in the Pokecenter in Mauville City?
  • In New Mauville, have you spoken to Wattson after he finished talking to Team Aqua and Magma Admins Shelly and Courtney?
  • Have you Battled Courtney and Shelly?
  • Have you helped Wattson get his Plusle and Minun?
