I dont really remember why, i just remember because pory is gen 1 and pory2 isnt, so pory2 cant learn teleport even tho we got tm teleport in game, something like that. Maybe could try ask staff for that

Obv Not staff but some of These Problems occured with the change to new gen. Staff is working on ideas to fix it i think
