Is Red server just being DDoSed?

I know the server status has been complained about enough but this is getting a bit ridiculous.

No offense though, i know it's hard to keep up with and take care of.

I'm no programmer but i have a close friend who has to deal with this bull all the time.

170236 It is just unstable and crashes on it's own , not ddos.

Additionally, the mass login and people join in server also make the server crash
