After discussing this with the Trade Moderator team, I cannot grant your request. Thus, if you still decide not to transfer, your account will still be forced transferred. In the future, I would suggest not creating a cross-auction server if you cannot fulfill the responsibilities as the auctioneer. I would advise you to read the trade and auction rules.
