Suggestion: Where Is the Summer Tour? — More PvP Tournament and New Rewards
Suggestion: Where Is the Summer Tour? — More PvP Tournaments & New RewardsHello everyone, I think it's time to ask a question that many PvP players have probably asked themselves: Where is the Summer Tour? It's been around two years without a major PvP tournament, and I think this is something that deserves attention. PRO is an MMO, and PvP tournaments are one of the best ways to bring the community together. They create competition, rivalries, memorable moments and give experienced players something meaningful to work toward. I think we should not only bring tournaments back, but also take the opportunity to improve the tournament reward system. 🏆 More PvP TournamentsI'd love to see more regular tournaments throughout the year. They don't necessarily have to be huge events every time. We could have: 🏆 Ladder tour ☀️ Summer Tour ❄️ Winter Championship 🎃 Halloween Cup 🌸 Spring Cup Smaller monthly/weakly/daily PvP tournaments Special tournaments with different formats This would give PvP players something to look forward to regularly instead of having extremely long periods without major competitive events. 🎁 New Tournament RewardsMy main suggestion is to make tournament rewards feel much more exclusive and prestigious. Instead of primarily rewarding players with money or standard items, tournaments could offer rewards that are normally associated with very high-level achievements, including some things similar to Staff Rewards. For example: 🧬 Pokémon RewardsOne possibility would be allowing tournament winners to receive special Pokémon-related rewards such as: IV reroll Ability reroll Other special Pokémon customization options However, there is an important restriction: 🔒 The Pokémon should remain untradeable. This would prevent tournament rewards from becoming another way to generate valuable Pokémon for the market. The idea would be: Rather than: This would make the reward feel personal and prestigious without significantly affecting the economy. 👕 Exclusive CosmeticsAnother huge opportunity is exclusive tournament cosmetics. For example: Exclusive Summer Tour outfit Tournament-exclusive clothing Accessories Titles Visual effects Other cosmetic items These could be rewards that cannot be obtained through normal gameplay. Imagine seeing someone wearing an outfit and knowing: That creates prestige. 🐎 Exclusive MountsI think exclusive mounts would also be an amazing tournament reward. For example: ☀️ Summer Tour MountA mount that can only be obtained by winning or placing highly in the Summer Tour. It doesn't need to provide any gameplay advantage. It would simply be a trophy. And honestly, I think that is exactly what a tournament reward should be. 🥇 Different Reward TiersThe rewards don't have to be limited to first place. For example: 🥇 1st Place Exclusive mount IV/Ability reroll Exclusive outfit Tournament title 🥈 2nd Place Exclusive cosmetic IV/Ability reroll Tournament title 🥉 3rd–4th Exclusive cosmetic Tournament title Top 8 / Top 16 Smaller exclusive rewards The exact rewards and distribution would obviously be up to the staff. Why exclusive rewards?Because PvP needs prestige. Winning a major tournament should feel like something more than receiving some money. Money gets spent. An exclusive mount, outfit or title can stay with your character for years. It becomes a trophy. It creates history. If someone has an exclusive reward from the 2026 Summer Tour, people should immediately know that this player accomplished something. That gives tournaments a much stronger identity. Make PvP Something to Look Forward ToI think PRO has a lot of potential to make tournaments into actual community events. Imagine: ☀️ PRO SUMMER TOUR This could become one of the biggest events of the year. And once the system exists, it could be reused for other seasonal events and formats. TL;DRWhere is the Summer Tour? 😭 It's been around two years without a major PvP tournament, so I think it's time to bring competitive events back and make them more meaningful. My suggestions: 🏆 More frequent PvP tournaments ☀️ Bring back/create a Summer Tour 🧬 IV and Ability rerolls as tournament rewards 🔒 Keep Pokémon receiving these rewards untradeable 👕 Exclusive tournament outfits 🐎 Exclusive tournament mounts 🏅 Exclusive titles and cosmetics 🎁 Different rewards depending on tournament placement I don't think tournament rewards should simply be more money. Give players something they can show off. Give them something that says: PRO is an MMO. Let's give our PvP community something worth fighting for again.

Suggestion: Improve Berry Availability and Reduce Unnecessary EV Training Grind
'd like to suggest a few quality-of-life changes to Berries and Vitamins, mainly aimed at reducing unnecessary grind and making more options viable for PvP. I don't think PRO should remove its grind completely. Grinding is part of the game's identity. However, I think some systems could be made more accessible so players spend more time playing and making decisions, rather than repeatedly farming resources. 1. Make specific Berries easier to obtainOne of the biggest problems is that if I want a specific Berry, I may have to spend a considerable amount of time farming before I can actually use it. Instead of only reducing Berry prices across the board, I'd like to see some way to directly obtain specific Berries, or at least make their individual farming methods much more accessible. For example, Berries such as: Custap Berry (how i can farm it?!) araquanid, are crying for it. Salac Berry Iapapa Berry Colbur Berry And other Berries with legitimate competitive/PvP applications could have a more straightforward way of being obtained. These aren't necessarily game-breaking items. They simply provide additional strategic options for players who want to experiment with different Pokémon and sets. *maybe you can chosen you bcc reward, or buy in excavation. Possible solutionsThere could be: A shop where players can purchase specific Berries A rotating Berry shop Berry packs with a choice of which Berry to receive A more efficient way to farm specific Berries NPCs that exchange common resources for specific Berries A weekly selection of competitive Berries The exact implementation is up to the staff. The important part is giving players a reliable way to work toward the Berry they actually want. 2. Reduce Vitamin pricesI'd also like to suggest reducing the price of Vitamins. EV training is something players have to do repeatedly, especially if they play PvP and frequently build different Pokémon. The strategic part is deciding: Which stats to invest in How many EVs to use Which moveset to run Which nature to use How the Pokémon fits into the team Having to spend a large amount of time and money performing the actual EV training itself doesn't add much decision-making. 3. Allow Vitamins to be used until 252 EVsAnother change I'd strongly recommend is allowing Vitamins to be used until a stat reaches 252 EVs. For example, if I want to max Attack, I should be able to use Attack Vitamins until reaching 252 EVs in Attack. The normal 510 total EV limit would still apply. This wouldn't remove the strategy of EV training. It would simply make the process much less repetitive. Why make these changes?I think PRO could benefit from reducing what I would call "unnecessary grind." There is a difference between: and Hunting Pokémon, exploring, battling, PvP, quests, making money, trading, etc. can all be meaningful activities. But if I already know exactly which Pokémon, EV spread and Berry I want to use, spending a large amount of time simply obtaining the necessary consumables can become a barrier to actually playing with that Pokémon. Making PRO more immediate without removing its identityI don't think PRO needs to become an instant-gratification game. The goal isn't to remove progression or make everything free. Instead, I think some systems could be more immediate and accessible, allowing players to get to the interesting part of the game faster. If I want to try a new PvP Pokémon, I want to spend my time thinking: rather than: Making Berries easier to target and reducing EV-training friction could also encourage players to experiment more. Instead of having one competitive Pokémon that took days to prepare, players could potentially have several different Pokémon and actually test different strategies. In shortKeep the meaningful grind. Reduce the repetitive grind. Make specific competitive Berries easier to obtain. Improve the farming method for Berries such as Custap, Salac, Iapapa and Colbur. Reduce Vitamin prices. Allow Vitamins to be used up to 252 EVs in a stat. Keep the 510 total EV limit. Encourage experimentation and PvP variety. I believe these changes could make PRO feel more modern and accessible without taking away what makes the game special. Less unnecessary grinding → more experimentation → more actual Pokémon gameplay.

Suggestion: Pokémon No ms/Active Hunting Log
Suggestion: Pokémon Surge Dashboard / Active Hunting Log Hello everyone, I'd like to suggest a quality-of-life improvement regarding Pokémon Surges and other temporary hunting opportunities. At the moment, some Pokémon can become available through temporary Surges, sometimes with specific requirements such as having an active VIP membership. The problem is that there isn't a clear and centralized way for players to know what is currently available. The problem Because these opportunities are temporary, players can easily miss them. A player may be a not VIP member and completely willing to hunt a Pokémon, but simply not know that the Pokémon is currently available. This can result in a situation where a Surge happens, but many players don't even realize it is active. I think the game would benefit greatly from having a visual log/dashboard showing the current and upcoming hunting opportunities. Possible solution: Active Pokémon Surge Dashboard on forum/discord/gam A simple dashboard could display something like: ACTIVE SURGES 🟢 Pokémon: [Example Pokémon] 📍 Location: [Example Location] ⭐ Requirement: MS ⏰ Remaining: NOMS (2 days) 🎯 Status: Currently Available And below it: UPCOMING / RECENT SURGES Pokémon A — Available until [date] Pokémon B — Starts [date] Pokémon C — Available for NO MS The exact information could obviously be adjusted depending on how the current Surge system works. Where could this be implemented? It doesn't necessarily need to be a complicated in-game system. Some possible options: A page on the official PRO website A dedicated section in the game A button in the Pokédex An NPC that displays current Surges A Discord/forum announcement automatically updated when a Surge begins Or even a simple webpage that works as a live tracker The most important thing is having one reliable place where players can check what is currently available. Why would this be useful? This would especially benefit all players. It would also encourage players to actually participate in these temporary hunting opportunities. Instead of: "I didn't know this Pokémon was available." Players could simply check the dashboard and decide: "This Pokémon is currently available. I'm going hunting today." A history/log could also be useful Another interesting addition would be a recent Surge history. For example: Recent Surges Pokémon A — August 10–12 Pokémon B — August 13–15 Pokémon C — August 16–18 This would allow players to understand the rotation and avoid relying entirely on word of mouth. The main idea I don't think this should change the rarity, rates, or difficulty of hunting these Pokémon. It's simply about making information that already exists in the game easier to access. If temporary hunting opportunities are intended to encourage players to hunt certain Pokémon, I think players should have a clear way of knowing when those opportunities are happening. A simple Active Surge Dashboard / Hunting Log could be a relatively small QoL feature that makes the system much more useful. What do you guys think?

Suggestion: sacrifice a "comum pokemon"(not skin) system for an additional hunting chance
Hello everyone, I would like to suggest a new system that could give unwanted Pokémon another purpose while rewarding players who actually put time and effort into hunting. The ideaThe basic concept would be to allow players to sacrifice 2 normal Pokémon in exchange for one additional chance to hunt for another Pokémon. For example: Sacrifice 2 Pokémon Maybe pay a small fee, such as 15,000 PokéDollars Receive 1 additional hunting (not skin/shiny) opportunity for a selected Pokémon: Ex: h.a primarina/toxapex Maybe the Pokémon obtained through this system would be untradeable The exact requirements and rates could obviously be adjusted by the staff. Why do I think this could be interesting? There are many Pokémon that players catch while hunting that eventually become useless to them. Instead of simply releasing them or leaving them in the PC forever, this system would give those Pokémon another purpose. More importantly, it would reward time and effort invested into the game. A player who spends hours hunting and ends up with several unwanted Pokémon could eventually use them to get another opportunity at finding something they actually want. Why make the reward untradeable?I think this is an important part of the suggestion. If the Pokémon obtained from the sacrifice system were tradeable, players with a lot of money could simply buy Pokémon from other players, sacrifice them, and potentially use the system as another way to generate valuable Pokémon. Making the resulting Pokémon untradeable would prevent this from becoming a simple money-based shortcut. The idea would be to reward players for playing the game and putting in effort, rather than rewarding only the players who have the most money. Possible limitationsTo prevent the system from being abused, there could be some restrictions, for example: A weekly or daily limit on sacrifices Only Pokémon caught by the player could be sacrificed Minimum level requirements Only certain categories of Pokémon could be used The resulting Pokémon could remain permanently untradeable A cooldown between attempts These are just examples, and I'm sure the staff could come up with better restrictions. The main goalI don't think this system should be designed to make rare Pokémon easy to obtain. Instead, the goal would be to create an additional reward for players who have already invested time into hunting. You spend hours hunting, get some Pokémon that you don't need, and instead of those Pokémon having no further value, you can eventually turn them into another chance to find something you're looking for. It could also give players another reason to keep hunting even after finding Pokémon that aren't particularly useful to them. I think a system like this could add another layer to hunting while keeping the economy relatively safe if the untradeable restriction and appropriate limitations are implemented. I'd love to hear what everyone thinks about this idea and whether you think something similar could work in PRO.

PRO PvP Viability Rankings (Updated on 05/12/2026)
I would like to highlight other changes that we are not analyzing. Hatterene gets much stronger, thanks to Eject Button and Metagross leaving the meta. I’d like to give a shout-out to Charizard, who really likes this possibility (X and Y). Sneasler and Hawlucha are finally viable—Sneasler even with Air Balloon; I really don't know why people never used that until now. Hoopa new possibilities they never had before; I really think that finally being able to utilize Hoopa's Magician ability while still having a pivot option after attacking is an incredible addition. I'm still waiting for a few Pokémon to be ready for Psychic Terrain teams, but I already have high hopes for these Pokémon and items.

PRO PvP Viability Rankings (Updated on 05/12/2026)
I believe this ban was premature and should be reconsidered; after all, we see Indeedee's usage hovering near zero in the current PvP meta. Furthermore, Mega Alakazam lacks Nasty Plot, Expanding Force, and Terrain Extender. I like your analysis, but I also want to point out that I saw significant changes with the use of Mega Mawile and Mega Gardevoir. AV is a really bad set without Psychic Noise; it's almost unviable. In fact, the only set that looks genuinely good is the Bold Calm Mind set. + scald spam! I think you're way off base here; Tyranitar isn't nearly as prevalent as you think, plus the Grimmsnarl + Annihilape synergy is insane. You can debuff your opponent to help Annihilape take hits, or use Z-Parting Shot to heal a teammate; honestly, I value Grimmsnarl much more than even Primarina itself. I believe this is easily S-tier; I don't know what's stopping people from spamming it on almost every team. It works well with Boots, Z-Moves, Choice items, and even Light Screen. Stall is the only archetype that doesn't benefit from this Pokémon. I foresee a HUGE shift in the long-term metagame here; this is the Pokémon that will change the entire game moving forward. Honestly, I think it belongs in the S or A+ tier. Without the Tapus, its power is absurd—Manaphy has started running Psychic, Venusaur is using Earth Power, Kommo-o is using Taunt, and there is much more to come. Araquanid is another Pokémon worth mentioning, and... regarding the Custap Berry—could we perhaps add that to the excavation?

How to save the pro metagame?!
The current state of PRO’s competitive scene could be significantly improved with a few key additions and changes. Here’s a structured look at what could truly revitalize the metagame: 1. Encourage Creativity The metagame feels limited due to a lack of strategic variety. Adding certain items would open up new playstyles and mind games: Eject Pack – enables momentum-based strategies after stat drops Eject Button – punishes contact and allows reactive switching ➡️ These additions would reward innovation and reduce repetitive team structures. 2. Reduce RNG Impact Too many matches are decided by chance rather than skill. Introducing tools that mitigate RNG would improve competitive integrity: Protective Pads – avoids contact-based effects (like Static, Flame Body) Punching Glove – boosts punching moves and removes contact Close Combat – reliable, strong move without RNG reliance ➡️ Less RNG = more skill expression. 3. Break Defensive Cores Bulky cores dominate too easily. We need stronger tools to punish passive play: Nasty Plot – boosts special sweepers Weather Ball – improves weather-based offense Psychic Fangs – breaks screens and hits hard Close Combat – pressures defensive Pokémon effectively ➡️ Offense needs better ways to break through stall and balance Pokémon Impact Analysis Wouldn’t Change Much (But Would Be Fun) These Pokémon wouldn’t reshape the meta, but would add flavor and diversity: Buzzwole Tatsugiri Galar Pokémon (in general) Stakataka Grafaiai Would Partially Change the Metagame These would shift team building and introduce new cores or threats: Dondozo Toxapex Primarina Glimmora Celesteela Quaquaval Skeledirge Incineroar Galar Birds (Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno) Poison-type Legendaries Would Completely Change the Metagame These additions would redefine the competitive landscape: Kartana Gholdengo Ceruledge Tapus (terrain setters) Rillaboom Pecharunt Meowscarada Galarian Slowking Extra: Terrain Seeds
