Hoenn TP Quest bug

Hey, my friend @Asrahan is having trouble completing the tp quest because the npc (courtney) that should show up after installing the cd in 3rd computer isnt showing up so therefore cant finish the quest. Hes too busy/shy to write thats y im writing this and hopefully the issue get resolved soon since hes been walking/riding hoenn map and sinnoh map for a long time now xd

Thank you for replying in such a short time Unfortunately the issue is still here it started after the third computer at that time according to wiki and walkthroughs after we get the third computer Wally will appear and we will need to battle him but in my case wally never appeared thus I directly gone to new mawvile and talk with NPC Watson and according to him the quest is finished but when I try to teleport the machine does not work

The whole quest restarted after I talked to him this time the other times he would say "enjoy the transport system" and stand still right on the place from where we talk with him.

Oh Wattson's dialogue is different now? Can you get me a screenshot of his new dialogue?

 

A screenshot is important because it shows me specifically the interaction between you and the NPC.

Uh Something else also changed so the whole quest restarted and Watson vanished after giving the quest later I start searching for the computers and  it was going exactly as it should but something is weird transport is working somehow??

It appears that the issue has resolved itself but as a check could you confirm that you are in fact able to teleport via the teleporter?

Yes the teleporter is working but the computer quest is also working at the same time with it it's kinda weird.

Glad to hear that you are able to properly use the teleporter now. When you say the 'computer quest', are you referring to the the part of the teleporter quest that involved interacting with the different computers in the Pokemon Centers in Hoenn?
