Hello,

 

Here i have an impish eevee that i want to evolve into an umbreon but the problem is i'm having trouble for ev distribution...

I want a competitive umbreon for pvp and i don't know if i should put all evs in def, spe def for a Wall umbreon or put all evs in hp and speed for a support...

 

I need your opinion please :Grin:

You could easily do either as it's IV's are really evenly spread out. It really depends on what your team is lacking; if you need a wall, make it a wall. If you need a support, make it a support.

imo Def and HP and some Sp Def for a tank Umbreon with Toxic and Moonlight/Wish. You can learn him Foul play since he has a nice Atk IVs ^^ (Protect would be nice in this set but it does not work yes sadly)
