I want a competitive umbreon for pvp and i don't know if i should put all evs in def, spe def for a Wall umbreon or put all evs in hp and speed for a support... It really depends on what your team is lacking; if you need a wall, make it a wall. If you need a support, make it a support. Good luck in PvP! You can learn him Foul play since he has a nice Atk IVs ^^ (Protect would be nice in this set but it does not work yes sadly) Playing Pokémon Moon...
