Hi, I'm trying to get Kyurem and the NPC doesn't appear and I don't know why it doesn't appear. I completed the entire story.

The Old Lady location has been changed, she is now located top right in Eindoak Town near well.

I already did that but I can't get the mother after killing Zekrom and Reshiram.

Joey's Mom also has been moved to Eindoak Town House 2 (the house behind the Old Lady).
