the best thing to beat e4 easy is good gyarados lvl 100 with dragon dance, he win alone

it actually depends on ur team combo and good understanding of enemy weaknesses check https://pokemonrevolutiononlineguide.jimdo.com/ for e4 guide and create a combo that works against them , pack items for in-between battles and lastly yea gengar is beast in e4 but don't depend on him single handedly handling e4

Or a team of lvl 75-80 mixed type poke, or just a Gengar and a Gyarados lvl 90.
