Im champ of all reigons.i have surf mount and im just trying to get to thor and misty and my lapras mount will not engage with the water.not sure what is going on. Another player said they also had the same problem.

I apologize for the issues you are encountering. To better assist you, would you be able to provide me with a few screenshots?

1. Your player next to the surfable water on Route 40 attempting to use your Lapras Mount.
2. Your player next to the surfable water on Route 40 attempting to surf with a Pokemon that knows the move Surf.

In both of the requested screenshots, be sure to capture both the player position as well as the chat box so that I can see the position of your character along with the notification message, if one occurs, in the chat box.
