I have completed the Pokédex, but the tasks are not being counted. The NPC requires me to have 149 Pokémon, but I returned to the Kanto region and caught all the Pokémon, yet I still have 145 missing. As for the teleportation tasks, I have defeated the NPCs, but they do not disappear. I have taken screenshots and hope you can help me.

I apologies for the issues you are experiencing.

 

Addressing the first issue of the Prize Giver. At the time of checking, it appears that you now have 147 seen. The Pokemon that you have yet to get the seen data for are the following:

• Omanyte
• Kabuto
• Zapdos
• Dratini

Now the address the issue you are having with the Teleporter Quest.  As you continue through New Mauville you will defeat the Aqua and Magma Grunts.  Once you retrieve the remote-control key (location revealed by a grunt) then you will be able to continue progressing. The data required for the Prize Giver is seen data, not caught data; but yes, those are the mons that you need seen data of.
