Cannot use Transmat System in Sinnoh, First time logging on in a long time.

I am attempting to use the Transmat-station system in Sinnoh, however when I attempt to, it says I need to go to Hoenn to fix this. It is the first time I have logged on in a while and I know the questline was previously bugged, is there any way to remediate this?

The Hoenn Transmat quest was recently updated, which can lead to some complications. Particularly to those players who may have done the quest in the past, or even partially done the quest and then returned to complete it but found it messed up.

It appears you never completed this quest on this account, and therefore, you cannot use the Transmat system. You may be confusing it with another account where you did clear the quest. 

Either way, there is no bug. Please let me know if you have other questions.
