Phananpha Posted 2 hours ago Share Posted 2 hours ago I just beat E4 in Hoenn and am trying to do transportation quest and cannot bring the electric barriers down. I have read a few guides about this and it seem that there should be some aqua grunts here for me to beat to disable the barriers, but i don't see any. Am I doing something wrong here, or did i miss any step in the quest? Please help!
