What have you done before the problem was there?

I have not done anything out of the ordinary before it happened. I really do not know what is the cause of the problem, so I think this may be a bug.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have relogin to prove that it still does not work. I have waited a few days to see if the issue could solve itself, but nothing. I have registered all Johto and Kanto dex.

 

Description and Message

I have done the Quest of the 3 Legendary Dogs correctly , as indicated in the guidelines , but an npc, the Scientist of Bell Tower, does not recognize my datalogging on Pokedex. The Scientist said to me that i needed to find the 3 dogs and get their data, but when I already have fight against them and get their dex data (Entei, Raikou, Suicune) the Scientist does not change his words, and when I come back to Bell Tower He still continues saying to me that I need to get their data.

This is the reason which I think that it is a bug, the npc of the Scientist in Bell Tower does not work for me. This problem made that Ho-Oh does not appear on the roof of Bell Tower, so I can not get his dex data. Moreover, without the data of Ho-Oh I can not complete de Quest for Celebi.

 

Please need your help to solve that issue checking my account. I really want Celebi... :'(

I remember there is a pc in oak's lab to repair legendaries data in case of crashes/bugs. Not sure about that though.

yeah, i have gone to the oak's laboratory and used his pc, but nothing. The pc say that all its right and when i come back to Bell Tower with the scientific he still say the same :'(

Nope, there's a bug with that NPC, that Staff still doesn't noticed (as far I see). I reported it like 3 weeks ago HERE, I wasn't first and last from this players who reported that, but nobody answer up to this day :confused:

 

Oak's PC doesn't help, I've cheked 3 times.

I just posted there with the fix and since it is the same issue, I would prefer everything goes in the same thread so that if there's any residual issue, it can be dealt with in a timely manner.
