I do not see such "an obvious and clear mistake"in the trade rules.

Referring to the trading rules, I believe this should fall under Article 4: "Scamming, Misleading or Deceiving players is prohibited."

Therefore, this is an invalid auction.

 

If you put it as "CC=400k and RR=500k" it would seem as if CC is correct and RR is incorrect. Besides, who would pay RR if it has only 500k value, they'll be losing currency.

 

If you do know market prices right now, CC is around 400k-500k and RR is around 700k-800k.

 

If the price you see has an obvious and too much gap from the current prices, it might mean the user made a mistake. As in my case, clearly, I said it was a mistake and this is the first time it happened. It was not intentional.

As for this, if it was intentional, then it would fall under this. This is the first time I made an error and as stated, an honest mistake.  

And btw, I already received a warning from staff and if this happens again, there will be punishments. Let this be a lesson to all of us to make sure what we write down is correct.

Does every account have a one-time exemption from penalties, allowing them to complete a trade according to their own wishes even if it violates trading rules?

I think it depends if it seems deliberate or not.
