bitterblade Didnt get any rerrol ticket

I redo the darkai quest. But i still couldnt get any rerrol ticket. [ I tried to catch the darkai it tells that it was dream afterall and i got telported outside of castle. when got there back i dont see anything. I died only 2 times. Please help!

You are unable to catch the Darkrai because you have already caught Darkrai. According to our database, this Pokemon is currently in your PC.

 

Regards the IV-Reroll. This particular IV reroll is not a ticket but rather the ability to perform an IV-Reroll via the NPC Spirit Seer Esmeralda. This NPC can be found outside of the castle on the right side. Please go talk to this NPC. If you do not have the ability to perform an IV-reroll please take a screenshot of the dialogue that she gives you and share it with me.
