i have done the 3 quests but i cant find the detective billie to start the baby xd001 quest. do i have forgot something else?

In order to start the Baby XD001 quest you will need to speak to Detective Basile who is near the docks in Murky Town. As you approach the docks you will be met by him.

im asking if i have forgot to make any other quest because he only says about a kid that dissapeared last night and nothing more. is that it or i need to do something else?

The next thing you will need to do is follow the kid into the forest. This portion of the quest needs to be done at night time. Once you go into the forest, you will keep following the kid until a Phantump comes out of a tree. You will then interact with the tree to follow.
