Possbile bug with lake trio quest

Hello everyone,

 

I am trying to do lake trio quest (azelf mesprit uxie), I´ve tried it multiple days with same result. Firstly i got mysterious ticket from WQ this halloween event, so i tried to go and start lake trio quest in rowan lab, he says im missing legendary pokemon (have all non legend caught data sinnoh) i tried to ask in support in discord server, and got answer that I don´t need seen data from legends, ( I will ss my dex and send here) So i tried it multiple days even tried to ask Dawn but she saying something about mistreating pokes and gl in ur journey, I tried to talk to TV, TV says 2 items arent found yet, I tried every location from pro wiki website for lake trio quest, all i got is dread plate. I´d love to get it until hlw event done, so i can get my forms azelf and mesprit/uxie. I have done story so i am sinnoh champion, im sure i didnt start quest before also, and before this bug occured i was hunting in halloween map. I know some people have same issue as me. if you see any mistake i could´ve done, let me know.

That other orb is same, nowhere to be found. If u have any questions or any ideas or solutions let me know please!!!

An issue with the Lake Trio quest is currently being investigated and unfortunately I do not have a solution to provide you at this moment. 

 

Once the issues have been sorted out I will reach out and let you know.

I might suggest checking your alt. I had this issue months ago couldn't figure it out.
I came back found this issue once more and contacted staff on discord, made a bug report than figured out where mine went wrong.

I found that the orbs for me, spawned early and out of propt or sequence or something as the first time I entered that house in the northern side of the forest, The item was there for me and I obtained it. The Adamant orb Just a held item didn't think much of it. Once I progressed through the game, beat e4 i traded everything on auto pilot to my alt market account. Didn't catch it think anything of it until trying to then progress with the prof and Dawn. To witch i found myself stuck unable to obtain the orb i thought i prompted to spawn, but already had obtained and traded off.

After making the bug post in discord I found by mistake on my market alt i had two Ada orbs on it, held items for a legendary pokemon.
I thought there's no way this is the right orb right? And traded it over to my account i was trying to actually do this on.

I went onto the other orb location after and was able to find it and progress. I hadn't actually explored that cave much while doing story, it could have been there all along but I stopped at not being able to obtain the Ada orb to start. They both could have spawned for you as well and did as i did auto pilot traded to alt maybe. Could even be sitting on some pokemon in storage.

thanks for letting me know,

 

It might be possible that I had orb on my poke, but i checked my alt and main and no orbs whatsoever, maybe i sold that pokemon with orb on that if it´s possible, is there any way to get it back?

Thank you for your patience while this issue was being resolved. Can you try speaking with Professor Rowan, progressing the quest, and reporting to me if you were able to acquire the orbs / complete the quest?
