I Have A Question if Saying Noted After Every Bid Is Allowed or I Should Avoid That Too?

As for "noted", we generally don't practice this since it will also bump the auction thread, refrain from over-bumping in the future. The bids by default are acknowledged and cannot be withdrawn once placed.
