Lustrous Orb is not where it should be.

Hello,
I'm having trouble obtaining the Lustrous Orb in order to get Palkia's seen data. I'm already the Sinnoh Champion, and I've followed all the known steps:
Spoke to Professor Rowan and Dawn;
Interacted with the TV in my in-game house;
Fully explored all known locations where the Lustrous Orb may appear (especially Wayward Cave);
Repeated these steps multiple times, including redoing the Sinnoh Elite Four.
I already have:
The seen data of Dialga (from a long time ago);
The Dread Plate, recently obtained at Old Chateau;
The seen data of the lake trio (also recently obtained).
After each new step, I repeated the process: talking to Rowan, Dawn, checking the TV, and fully exploring Wayward Cave again — but I still can't obtain the Lustrous Orb.
Could you please help me identify what might be missing or if there's a bug affecting my progress?

I apologize for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue known impacting the Lake Trio Quest.

Thank you very much for your reply, BitterBlade. I’m still waiting for a solution to this issue — is there any update on it? I’m a bit worried that it might not be resolved before the Halloween event ends. Once again, thank you for your quick response.
