Hello! I wonder if this is a bug but me and my team did this week's party WQ. It ended normally yesterday and we ended up scoring ~19k ivs. However, today, we can't see our party anywhere on the leaderboards. Also, the NPC is showing us to create/join a party again. According to the SS we are suppose to be at 4th. I don't really have SS of us making 19k but I'm pretty sure we did it.

Thanks for submitting this issue. After forwarding to our CS and Dev team yesterday, they were able to confirm that your team contributed 19,388 total IVs. We're still not sure why the team was removed from the leaderboard, so unfortunately I can't give you an answer for that just yet.

 

The team score will not be added yet to the leaderboard (to ensure it doesn't effect others and their submissions in progress), but should your team score make the top cut, it will then be reinstated so you could then have access to hunt in the Haunted Cave Depths. I believe this is a good solution, so we'll keep an eye on it tomorrow.

On a separate note, I’m currently unable to log into my account after receiving a temporary speed ban, most likely caused by a poor internet connection. The notice mentioned that the ban would expire after 20 minutes. After that time period, when I tried to login, it is showing that 'user already logged in' (attached image for reference). It’s been around 5 hours since that time and I still can’t access my account. I have attached my dashboard's infraction history for your reference. However, the 'date time' is past the 'duration time', which seems unusual.

Could you please check if there’s anything that can be done to resolve this?

Unfortunately, your team didn't make the threshold this week for the week WQ. However, we believe the CS and Dev teams have identified the cause for you issue, and it should no longer occur going forward. We've also updated the NPC to explain how the threshold is determined.
