Good afternoon, dear PRO Support,

 

I am new to the game and decided to buy the Purple Limited Haunter mount yesterday. I discovered that the Gengar version has an alternative form once you receive the Gengarite. I was wondering if it would be possible to change my Haunter mount to the Gengar version, or if I could receive the points back to do so myself (Obviously removing the already bought mount from my account).

First off, welcome to the game. 

We will be looking into your case and discussing it internally. In the meantime, please do not trade away your Halloween Haunter Mount. If you do, then I’m afraid any type of refund will be immediately denied.

Although that may be the case, keep in mind that you are able sell said mount and purchase the Halloween Gengar Mount, if you so wish. However, to be able to trade, you will need the Rainbow Badge which can be acquired by defeating the Celadon City Gym. Only after that is this option possible.

Until then, we will look to see if a refund is in order.
