I already beat Major Bob but the diglet cave is still block by a diglet. Tell me if it's a bug or just I still have something to do. Thank you

Hey,

 

Could you try to enter the Diglet's Cave through the other entrance on Route 11 (just East of Vermilion)? Typically, players don't initially enter the cave through Route 2 first. If you talk to the Karate Master at the other entrance and then make your way through, the diglet will leave!

 

p.s. Since you are already here, I suggest talking to Oake's aid inside the stophouse below (just a bit below where you are in the screenshot) to retrieve HM Flash before you go!
