He can be found in the top left of the aforementioned pokecenter behind the counter. Attached below is a screenshot showing the exact spot he is standing! Hey, One method to travel to and from Suzuka Town is by interacting with the fast travel Security Officer on the second floor of the Suzuka Town Pokecenter! He will need to be paid 1,000 Pokedollars to travel, but once paid it will take you back to the Breezy Town Pokecenter! Please try out the above method and let me know if that works!

Hey, You'll need to first obtain the Mega Bracelet before you can start collecting Mega Stones! To start the quest, you'll need to first go to the Vermilion City Library in the Northeast corner of Vermilion City and talk with Assistant Theodore inside. Since you are the Kanto Champion, he'll ask you to present to him a Pokemon with the following attributes: Has your OT. Capable of mega evolution. Maximum happiness of 255. Level 100. Fully EV trained (510 EVs in total regardless of distribution). Present the Pokemon to him and he will reward you with the Mega Bracelet! Just incase you don't already have a resource to guide you through the Medichamite quest, here is a wonderful guide to help you through it! Hey, Our records indicate that the last Pokemon you submitted to the BCC judge was not a Combee, but was actually a Burmy (caught slightly earlier than Combee) with an total IV score of 139! You'll need to actually accept a 140+ IV Pokemon as your final submission Pokemon to the judge. When he judges that Pokemon as what he rewards you for, the legendary Pokemon's access will be granted. Please update me here if you have any questions about this, or if you end up submitting a Pokemon that meets the requirement and are unable to proceed!

Hey there, Headbutt is one of a number of moves in PRO with a happiness requirement attached to it for use outside of combat! Could you please confirm if your Pokemon has at least 150 happiness? You can do this by typing /happy # in the "Press Enter to chat" chat bar in the bottom right, where # can be 1-6 depending on the slot any given Pokemon occupies in your party! The top slot is slot 1, so for example if I was trying to figure out the happiness on Mankey in your screenshot, I'd type /happy 1 . The happiness number will then appear in the chat! There are several ways to increase happiness if your Pokemon isn't happy enough! Here is a detailed section of the PRO wiki I very much suggest taking a look at, but the easiest methods are: Feinting other Pokemon in combat! This will provide 1 happiness per defeated Pokemon. Leveling up! This provides 5 happiness per level. Please let me know if you have any questions about this!

Hey, As the PvP Rules state, you can use two accounts to play PvP each season. That means you can PvP with one account on the Silver server and PvP with another account on the Gold server; Two accounts, one server per account. It also states that you may have only one account in the Top 25 (Ranked and/or Random Ranked) by the end of the season, meaning that you may only reach Top 25 with one account in any one server at any one time. Let's take three examples: Player A plays PvP in both servers using both of their accounts, one in each server. They first use one account to play PvP on Silver, and they reach Top 25 (Ranked and/or Random Ranked) with that account on Silver. They decide to use their second account to PvP on Gold, and they reach Top 25 on Gold. This is Against the Rules! Player B plays PvP in both servers using both of their accounts, one in each server. They first use one account to play PvP on Silver, and they reach Top 25 (Ranked and/or Random Ranked) with that account on Silver. They decide to use their second account to PvP on Gold, but they do NOT reach Top 25 on Gold. This is Following the Rules! Player C plays PvP in both servers using one of their accounts, just swapping between characters on Silver and Gold to PvP. This is Against the Rules! Hey, Just like @Bfgo said so well, the best way to check for active events currently is by parsing the #announcements and the #game-happenings in PRO's Discord server! Additionally, many events are now shown to be live by icons that appear in the top left of your in-game view! All major events with event islands now have this indicatory feature, but many smaller events also have it such as World Quest and the weekly multiplayer bug/fish catching contests. Hovering your cursor over these icons will also provide some information behind them! Our team has also been working to more reliably provide descriptions of major events as they happen via the client's Latest News section seen in the login screen! As 2026 goes forward here, you should start to see info blurbs start to appear that will cover the largest of the events that are made live, which as mentioned will be viewable in the login screen as well as on the home page here! Hey, The ban you received was only temporarily and was performed by an automated system that safe-guards against speed hacking, and is not considered as an escalating mark concerning your standing in PRO! I'm really sorry you had to deal with this! Unfortunately, there are many unusual false positives where this happens to users who are in fact not cheating, but who are nonetheless erroneously caught by the automated anti-cheat system. The devs are aware of occasional false positives and they are constantly trying to make the system more accurate! Please disregard as best you can any of these temporary bans. Hey, I'm really sorry about the long delay in help! This particular issue has been one that the devs have been working very hard on addressing via various updates since the Xmas event. The issue you (and many others) had should now be mostly fixed, but there will be more additional updates made to address this particular hangup on player connections.
