Legendary bird quest fix

Hi, actually not mean to called it fix xD

As we know we need to hunt elekid/magby/smoochum for all 3 legendary bird, problem is for 3rd bird we need to hunt unrepelable rare mon with ivs 140+. Me myself only manage to get 2 bird and i have ask alot player having same case, stuck at 2nd bird. Its not like i never try to hunt magby, i tried and i also do the headbutt things in love island, but getting 140+ seems just too hard. I mean its not even easy to get 140+ common poke, for unrepelable rare mon it could take days even week. Its not really urgent to get all 3 before but with hdb update i believe many will find it anoying specially for pvp case, the quest being to hard would affect poke usage and probably meta. I think it will be nice if somehow the quest got easier. Thnx^^
