Missing Johto Exp Share - National Park Stop House 1

Hi, I talked to Elm's Aide in National Park Stop House 1 but didn't get the Johto Exp Share. Checked backpack/PC/team, no Exp Share. Please help restore it. Username: [Sambigdick] Server: [Silver]  Screenshots attached. Thanks!

Are you sure that a pokemon in your pc dont hold it ?

 

You can only obtain 1 EXP share per account

In PRO, you can only obtain a single Exp. Share item. Specifically, you have the ability to obtain this item in all of the regions in case you missed it in the previous region. For example, if you didn't get the Exp. Share item from Professor's Aide in the Route 2 Stop House then you have another chance to get it when you go to Johto (from the National Park Stop House as you have shown in your screenshot). In the same fashion, if you acquired the Exp. Share in Kanto then you will be unable to receive another one in any of the locations in the other regions as a player may only have 1 Exp. Share item.
