On which server issue happened: RED

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing. I was playing the game, and when the server shut down and I logged back on, it was stuck loading the map in the upper left hand corner.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried logging in and out multiple times. I have also tried reinstalling the game, and that fixes the issue for about 5 minutes, until the issue happens again.

I went to play a few days ago and I ended up getting a "Loading map" message in the upper left hand corner of my screen, after logging in. I waited for about 10 minutes for something to happen but it appeared to be stuck there. I tried logging out and in again multiple times to fix the issue but it kept happening. Which platform are you using to play PRO?

 

Also, do you remember which maps are causing this issue?

Im having the same problem. Running the client on windows 10 64 bit.

 

For me its happening right off the login screen, just installed the game hoping to play and i cant get in atall.

Best thing I can Suggest would be to Completing uninstall the game again. And Reinstall it. Also check if your firewall allows pokemon to connect?

Are you playing on a public network that might have the ports blocked for the game? For example your school network.
