I saw someone on Discord who wanted to buy a Lugia/Ho-Oh mount, so he and I made a deal there. This is my first time buying a mount from the PvP Coin Shop, so I carefully recorded it before purchasing in case something went wrong. Unfortunately, I was right — this mount cannot be traded, so our deal couldn't be completed. I would like to request a trade reversal. Please note that this is my first time, and the purchase was made within the last hour.

Could you help me reverse this trade by refund my PvP coins and remove the mount from my inventory? Thank you so much, and I look forward to your response.
