I have checked my backpack and my PCand I can't find my "exp share", I don't know if there is any way to recover it and know what happened to my item

Good news! Your Exp. Share is not gone! It is in your PC on a Teddiursa.

 

You can quickly search Pokemon holding an item with the search bar by typing "item". If desired, you can add more specification to this search by typing "item=exp". These search capabilities are a part of the most recent Box Rework. You can find more information on how to query the PC here.
