Not sure if this is right place and I  have raised in discord too. I know you cant force new spawn but I'm actually devastated that I got the only may 4th i wanted only to have game crash with no chance to catch it. I'm not the only one having problems with crashing either.

I love this game and I think the staff team  deserve a lot of praise but please fix crashing issues (a friend took this screenshot)

I apologize for this experience and understand how frustrating it can be. As you have correctly stated, I am unable to do anything regarding the form Pokemon that you have lost due to the crash. 

 

What I can provide you with are recommendations to combat the game crashing.

• If you are playing on a wireless network then be sure to be closer to the router where the signal would be the strongest.
• Rather than playing on a wireless network, consider connecting via direct Ethernet.

If you believe the crashes to be related to the game and not network related, please submit a ticket in the Bug Resolution Center. Be sure to include any information you can to assist us in trying to reproduce your reported crash.

 

Also, when providing screenshots please be sure to have the image directly in the post as we do not download files.

 

Aside from this information, I am afraid that there is nothing else that I can do to assist and will be closing this thread now.
