Hello, I would like to capture Latios, so today I finished capturing Jirachi, but when I went to the TV to choose Latios as an option, I got this message: "It seems that the red Pokemon is still roaming around."
 

I visited all 10 possible locations and Latias was not at any of them... I also have my Hoenn Dex complete. Please help.

Places I visited:
 

 “Littleroot Town,” “Route 103,” “New Mawville Power Plant,” “Mt. Chimney,” “Meteor Falls B1F 2R,” “Mt. Pyre Exterior,” “Abandoned Ship,” “Hoenn Safari Zone 2 House,” “Weather Institute,” Lilycove Department Store."

UPDATE: I FOUND LATIAS AND LATIOS, BUT WHEN I GO TO TV NOW THAT SAID THIS
