Are you sure you didnt use a Mini ms medallion? (A 3days membership) which was given in the past for many issue.

I bought the 15-day pass with coins... and it ran out in 3 days, 
I don't know why... it wasn't the one you gave... I didn't even 
have it with that character. 
When I transferred the character from the blue server to the silver server,
it had enough coins to buy the 15-day pass, and so I did. 
But then it ran out in 3 days. 
If you look at the purchase report in the shop, you'll see.

Look like you mistake the membership, 

You bought a membership in the 24th of November and this one ended in the 9th December.
