Hello.

Due to the closeness surrounding your situation, we were willing to restore the Manaphy. This was prior to you re-catching your Manaphy.

You put in the request to restore it and then recaught it yourself and then restored the IVs on it. Since you chose to take the path of recovering it yourself, we cannot offer anything to you.
