My friends list is showing all my friends as offline, even though they are actually online in the game. its happening from month sometime its show some are online 

It could be that they chose the offline mode themself to begin with (avoiding message). In that case, the display on your side will be exactly like you described.

no its not i checked tht already they are online but its showing offline only to me

How do you check? Using inspect? The inspect currently still work even they are on offline mode, but as long as they use the mode, you won't find them active in your friend list

no i asked my frnd if they are in online mode or not they all said they are + i checked my guild friend status also they were online in tht guild member but not in my frnd list … 

for example 

it's indeed weird, shravu is in his friendlist, appeared in guild tab, yet not appear in friend tab
