Either Suicune at Tojho Falls. I have seen Entei at Safari although

Yes I talked to him and triggered the quest. After that I 've seen Entei in Johto's Safari.

Im very sorry for the confusion. I thought that I triggered the quest because I have seen data of Entei. I checked again now the Bell tower and now I suppose will be ok.
