The reason is that this latest update included a change that significantly affects the time and effort required to complete our services. - Previously, when using Gyarados for Leveling services, once Waterfall ran out of PP, I could simply teach it Surf, delete Waterfall, and then re-teach it Waterfall to refill the PP. - However, this method is no longer possible, forcing me to visit the Nurse much more frequently. This has slowed down the process and increased my operational costs. Therefore, there will be a slight price increase. Because pokemon in trainer tower cant get EV, I can do them with out rise any EV.
